I’m a trauma release and breathwork therapist, and for the past 10+ years I’ve supported over 2000 people through anxiety, emotional overwhelm, shutdown, stress recovery, and learning how to feel safe in their bodies again.
My work is science-informed, body-based, and straight to the point.
My path into this field began in my early twenties after surviving severe trauma abroad. It took almost nine years to find justice, and my abductor is now serving a 70-year sentence. For a long time I was too afraid to speak about what had happened, so I focused on the one thing I could rebuild: my nervous system.
Over the years I invested more than €100,000 into studying body-based trauma healing, breathwork, and nervous system regulation—not just professionally, but personally—because I needed methods that worked in real life, not only in theory.
I’ve also had the honour to guide people at global wellbeing and personal development events including Biohackers Summit, HoloLife Summit, and Mindvalley University.
I’m deeply inspired by the understanding that emotions don’t simply “go away” when we suppress them or analyse them. They can become stored as tension in the body and activation in the nervous system. That’s why I focus on practical regulation tools that work through breath, the diaphragm, the pelvis, and the body’s natural release mechanisms.
I don’t believe healing is about getting rid of emotions.
I believe it’s about building capacity for the full intensity of life—with stability, self-trust, and a nervous system that can return to calm.
This work is deeply personal to me.
